There are generally three methods for BFA brown fused alumina smelting:
1. Discharge: continuous production, high degree of automation, but large investment, complex structure, suitable for high-power smelting.
2. Dumping method: continuous production, high degree of mechanization, small investment, good production efficiency, the current use of a common method.
3. Fixed method (frit method) : Discontinuous production, low degree of mechanization, but small investment, simple equipment, convenient technology, is the main method of corundum smelting in small abrasive plants.
Main functions of BFA brown fused alumina
(1) Due to the high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and other properties, the casting steel sliding nozzle is used to smelting rare metals, special alloys, ceramics, iron blast furnace lining (wall and pipe); Physical and chemical utensils, spark plugs, heat resistant and antioxidant coating.
